What would my role be?

Joining as a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be paired with a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to support them with candidate sourcing.

• Maintain and build upon relationships with candidates.
• To build Skillsearch’s brand within the Tech industry through strategic networking.
• Become an expert on the industry, knowing the key influencers and leading individuals working across the industry.
• Work closely with the recruitment consultants to build upon talent pools in critical areas.
• Provide market insight to the consultants.
