Junior Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer

Skillsearch’s Games and Interactive team works with leading Games studios worldwide across all platforms. Over the last decade, we have established ourselves as a leader within our field across Europe, more recently branching into Canada and the US.

Our client base includes a range of studios from recognised household names, to independent games developers and people working within the exciting world of AR and VR.

It’s an exciting time to join our team based in central Brighton!

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build upon relationships with the world's leaders in the games industry.
• To build Skillsearch’s brand within the Games industry through strategic networking.
• Become an expert on the industry, knowing the key influencers and leading individuals working across the industry.
• Work closely with the recruitment consultants to build upon talent pools in critical areas.
• Provide market insight to the consultants.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A strong communicator and networker.
• Well-organised and able to prioritise and multi-task
• Confident in person and on the phone
• Stable in performance when working under pressure
• Able to use own initiative
• Motivated by a targeted-driven environment
• Passionate about (or have an understanding of) games and emerging technologies.
