As an Interactive Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on recruitment in the VR/AR/Metaverse space internationally. You’ll work with leading studios creating interactive and immersive installations. Our clients work in gaming, training simulations, medical training, theme parks, retail, and e-commerce solutions, all utilizing emerging technologies, cross-industry.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and finding the perfect talent to join their teams. You'll be using your communication skills to engage with potential candidates and learn all about the latest technologies in the XR space.
You’ll be joining the team based in our Brighton office. This position will put you at the forefront of the XR industry, connecting with some of the most innovative and cutting-edge companies in VR, AR, MR, and AI technologies.
You will:
- Have a background in recruitment or sales.
- Passionate about (or understand) games and emerging technologies.
- Have a history of driving results.
- Stable in performance when working under pressure.
- Able to use own initiative.
