As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will use your expert workforce data analytics skills to place data at the heart of workforce decision-making.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Work closely with Finance and Operations, ensuring the high-quality of data required to support workforce planning, including people data and organisational structural data
- Manage the orchestration and delivery of the data and reporting required
- Curate and deliver workforce packs for senior leaders, ensuring key stakeholders have real-time visibility of their workforces, targets and gaps
- Gather requirements to evolve offering as the organisation changes.
To succeed in this flexible role, you will need industry-recognised data science/management qualifications or demonstrable equivalent experience. You will also require the following:
- Significant experience in HRIS technology and Reporting (preferably Oracle HCM Cloud)
- Experience in Workforce Planning Technology (Preferably OrgVue)
- Track record of being able to tell stories and influence outcomes using data
- Experience managing third-party suppliers.
