Skillsearch has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and talented Workday UK Payroll Manager to join our client's inclusive and thriving team. This full-time remote role offers a salary of up to £85k and a generous benefits package.
As a Workday UK Payroll Manager, you will help the Practice Area Lead deliver on their strategic objectives, ensuring they are delivered to timelines and the day-to-day operation of the functional area. You will also help deliver on key objectives and oversee the day-to-day operation of their functional areas.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Help identify hiring needs not just in terms of headcount but also skillset level and location, keeping costs in mind
- Monitor utilisation within the Functional Area and report to the practice area providing suggestions on necessary action
- Actively promote best practice methodology, acting as a change champion for a global approach
- Identify and act upon areas for improvement to ensure projects are delivered effectively, with excellence and are profitable.
