Skillsearch is looking for a collaborative and dedicated Workday Time Tracking and Absence Consultant to join our client's inclusive and thriving team. This full-time Workday Consultant role is remote in the UK and comes with a generous salary and benefits package. 

As a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Consultant, you will play a key role as part of an industry-premier team, helping to compel results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within the company's Cloud Deployment Solutions business group. Please note that this is a home-based role with some travel to client sites up to 25% of the time. 

To give you an idea of how this Workday Time Tracking and Absence Consultant role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do: 

  • Be responsible for ensuring the successful post-deployment service delivery of Workday solutions for clients 
  • Work closely with team members, as well as work independently and confidently to manage your workload 
  • Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, specialising in and deepening your skill set within one or more functional areas 
  • Play an active role in your area of expertise and be a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring new team members 

To succeed in this Workday consulting role, you will need at least 1-2 years of experience supporting Workday Time Tracking. Preferably, you will also be certified in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management with a minimum of Time Tracking. Additional requirements include: 

  • Advanced analytical and functional skills evidenced by playing a role in projects or a support environment 
  • Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post-go-live) 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with complete fluency in English 
  • Expertise in confidently managing stakeholders
