We are seeking a Workday Time Tracking Consultant to join our client’s remote team, working within their Cloud Optimisation area. This role is pivotal in helping our clients maximise their Workday deployment by providing expert guidance and innovative solutions. If you have a strong background in Workday Absence and Time Tracking, this position offers the opportunity to be part of a leading team, driving results for clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become a hands-on expert in the Workday Absence and Time Tracking product suite, specialising within specific functional areas.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their post-go-live requirements and design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution with the support of the Lead Functional Consultant.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them to get the most out of their Workday deployment.
  • Innovation & Insights: Leverage your product and industry knowledge to bring innovative solutions and insights to clients.
  • Methodology Application: Understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies in your work.
  • Project Management: Contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence on multiple concurrent projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (fluency required), with proficiency in an additional language (preferably French or German).
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and functional skills with a strong ability to manage and resolve complex issues.
  • Certifications: Certification in Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management.
  • HR Systems Experience: Experience in the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems post go-live.
  • Presentation & Facilitation: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders confidently.
  • Self-Management: Ability to act with integrity and self-manage in a remote work environment.
