Skillsearch is seeking a flexible and dedicated Workday Time Solutions Consultant to join our client's welcoming team. This full-time Workday consulting role is fully remote in Germany and comes with an attractive salary of up to €90,000 and a fantastic benefits package.
As a skilled Workday Time Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role as part of an industry-premier team, helping to encourage results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within the company's professional services business group. In addition, you will become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, specialising and deepening your skill set within one or more functional areas.
In your first few weeks in this Workday Time Solutions Consultant role, you can expect to:
- Work closely with the client to understand their post-go-live requirements and design, build, configure and test the Workday solution
- Play an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues and collaborating to improve internal capability
- Build an excellent rapport with professional service clients, guiding and assisting them in getting the most from their Workday deployment
- Develop healthy and trusting relationships with other members of the project team and management, as well as external clients
To succeed in this Workday consulting job, you will need excellent oral and written communication skills with full English fluency. You will also need advanced analytical and functional skills, as shown by playing a role in projects or a support environment. In addition, you should be certified in Workday Time Tracking or Absence Management or have a minimum of two years of experience supporting Workday as a client. You should also have exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems post-go-live. Consultancy experience in HR processes or working within an HR Services team is also desirable.
