Do you have domain, product, industry or solution area expertise, and are you seeking a new UK-based, client-facing role? Skillsearch is looking for a Workday Solution Architect, and the role comes with a salary of £95,000.  

As a flexible Solution Architect, you will apply deep domain, product and industry expertise and an understanding of client priorities to create compelling solutions that increase the company's win and renewal rate. 

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do in a typical week: 

  • Articulate and communicate the firm's value proposition and key differentiators 
  • Collaborate with Sales, subject matter experts, and business leaders to develop the scope of the solution set and determine platform technology 
  • Generate demand by assisting clients to identify and qualify current needs and effectively articulate how the company can add value 
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and inform strategy to drive bookings and close opportunities. 

To apply for this Solution Architect role, you will need a qualification in HR/Benefits administration or equivalent sales knowledge. You will also require the following: 

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a range of domain roles, including benefits, payroll and delivery models 
  • Understanding of the capabilities of cloud delivery platforms and compliance considerations 
  • Deep knowledge of cross-functional touchpoints and their impacts within Workday platforms.
