As a Workday Sales Executive at this organisation, you will have the chance to work fully remotely within the UK as you look after selling Workday deployment for HCM and financials in the UK market across medium and large enterprises. This role will require regular travel within the UK. 

Workday Sales Executive responsibilities: 

• Develop territory development plans to achieve growth and revenue targets 
• Develop and manage all phases of the business development cycle 
• Attend trade shows and conferences 
• Collect and communicate market intelligence and incorporate it into the sales client planning process 
• Facilitate education and training 

Essential requirements for this remote role: 

• Client-facing skills 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Business development experience selling HCM, Payroll or Financial ERP implementation services 
• Experience managing bids from prospecting stages through to delivery 
• Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders 
• Industry, commercial and consulting knowledge
