Workday PSA Consultant

Are you an experienced Workday PSA Lead available for part-time work on a high-impact project? 

A leading global Workday partner is urgently seeking a contract consultant with deep Workday PSA expertise to join an in-flight project on a part-time basis. Immediate start available, with remote working aligned to CST hours and a preference for candidates based in the Americas.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the PSA Lead across a key Workday Financials implementation project

• Leading the configuration and deployment of Workday PSA for a global customer base

• Managing stakeholder engagement and delivery expectations, including resolving escalations

• Running large-scale workshops with senior stakeholders and providing expert functional insight

• Ensuring delivery aligns with timelines, commercial goals, and broader business context

• Advising on best practices for PSA configuration, risk mitigation, and project strategy

What we’re looking for:

• Strong expertise in Workday Financials with a focus on PSA, Projects, and Project Billing

• Prior experience delivering as a lead or senior consultant on complex Workday implementations

• Deep consulting skills including stakeholder management and escalation handling

• Solid understanding of the broader commercial and delivery landscape in Workday projects

• Ability to work to tight deadlines while balancing customer and commercial priorities

• Familiarity with risk management and issue resolution in enterprise environments
