As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you’ll work as part of a team of integration consultants on a project, supporting the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system.


  • Workday Integrations Certified
  • Some proficiency with XML, XPath, and XSLT, and be knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
  • Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and associated integration challenges
  • Good customer focus, with some experience in a consulting or client facing environment
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility, including in a remote working situation. Proficient with the use of the English language.
  • Good commercial awareness and some understanding of the project and business dynamics
  • Attention to detail
  • Capable of working within (remote) teams and alongside customers, as well as on your individual tasks with limited supervision
  • Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines
  • Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality and accuracy at all times
  • Aware of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensures the security of information at all times

Consultant Adam Leaver

Specialising in Workday, HRIS and Finance tech Adam is always the first in the office and often the last one to leave. We asked Adam to tell us a bit about his personal life but he assured us that he was too focused on work to have one. Despite this he does enjoy the occasional trip to Craven Cottage to watch Fulham although we are not sure that qualifies as stress relief.
