Our client is seeking an experienced and seasoned Workday professional to join a fast-paced implementation/go-live environment on a 3/4-month contract to supplement the team with their experience across various Workday modules.
In your first few weeks in this HR Systems Analyst role, you can expect to:
- Configure and test new functionalities, business processes, and modules in Workday
- Analyse and optimise HR workflows and processes to increase efficiency
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support HR and business operations
To apply for this Workday HR Systems Consultant role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- The experience and knowledge to be able to pick up high-level requirements, quickly understand them within the context of the Workday modules in scope and the our client Group build and then be able
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday HRIS, including configuration and support
- Experience in HR processes and data management, and project management experience (a plus)
- Proficiency in two of the modules across HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Reporting and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
