Our client is currently recruiting for a Workday HCM Consultant within the Professional Services area, EMEA. This remote role comes with a €75,000 salary and benefits package and can be worked from within the UK or Europe.
As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, specialising and deepening your skill set within one or more functional areas.
In your first few weeks in this HCM Consultant role, you can expect to:
- Work closely with the client to understand their post-go-live requirements and design, build, configure and test the Workday solution
- Play an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members
- Build an excellent rapport with Professional Service clients, guiding and assisting them on getting the most from their Workday deployment.
To apply for this flexible role, you will need excellent oral and written communications skills – fully fluent English is a pre-requisite for this role. You will also require:
- Advanced analytical and functional skills, evidenced by playing a role in projects or in a support environment
- Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management certification or a minimum of two years' experience supporting Workday as a client
- Consultancy experience in HR processes and working within an HR Services team is desirable.
