As a fully remote Workday Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in an industry-leading team and drive results for clients through the deliverance of effective solutions. This role is fully remote but involves travel to client sites and to ensure strong and trusting relationships.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Workday as a client and certified in Workday HCM
• Previous exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems
• Consultancy experience in using HR processes or experience working in an HR services team
• Able to confidently manage stakeholders
• Able to self-manage and self-motivate with experience collaborating and communicating across a team

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the clients to understand requirements before designing, building, configuring, and testing the Workday solution
• Playing an active role in your area of expertise, acting as a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with your colleagues as well mentoring new team members
• Building an excellent rapport with Professional Service clients, you will be guiding and assisting them to get the most out of their Workday deployment
• Use your industry knowledge and keep well informed on HR and Financials business landscapes whilst developing strong and trusting relationships with relevant external clients
• Understand and apply Workday and Alight methodologies and contribute to Alight’s financial performance by delivering excellence to our multiple clients in parallel
