Workday German Payroll Consultant

Skillsearch is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Workday German Payroll Consultant to join our client's welcoming and dedicated team. This full-time Workday Payroll Consultant role is remote in Germany with some travel to client sites (up to 40%) and offers an excellent salary and benefits.

To give you an idea of how this Workday Payroll Consultant job would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do: 

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, specialising and deepening the skill set within Workday Payroll 
• Work closely with the client to understand requirements 
• Play an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues and collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring new team members 
• Develop sound and trusting relationships with other members of the project team and management, as well as external clients

• Expertise in German Payroll compliance and legislation 
• Advanced analytical and technical skills evidenced by playing a role in projects or a Workday support environment 
• Experience implementing or supporting Payroll solutions 
• Consultancy experience in Payroll (ideal) 

• Experience confidently managing stakeholders
