As a Workday Functional Consultant at this London-based organisation, you will join this fortune global 500 company as you focus on HCM, compensation and absence in support of their Workday Global Deployment Project, taking a mixed approach towards project, testing and post go-live support. 

Workday Functional Consultant responsibilities: 

• Review existing tenant data 
• Ensure any data gaps are filled 
• Review localisation settings (employee type, pay rate, etc.) 
• Help with PECI integration 
• Review the security framework and assign role-based security groups 
• Ensure payroll transactions are routed correctly 
• Work on user training and change management 
• Produce MI reports 
• Provide maintenance support to stabilise the tenant 
• Gather suggestions for optimisation
