Workday Data Analyst

Do you have data analysis experience, and are you seeking a new remote role? Skillsearch is helping a collaborative company recruit a Workday Data Analyst, and the contract role comes with an attractive day rate.

As a flexible Business Analyst, you will collect and document all project requirements and be the liaison between functional team and technical teams to follow up from end to end the solution be built and the processes to be implemented.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Build and maintain an “Onboarding/methodology package” clearly detailing the Alight methodology (PIX) for AL resources and the tasks to be completed by the AL IT team
• Provide unique, simple, self-explanatory, and ready-to-use templates for each deliverable to be easily completed by AL, those templates being used for each country and entity
• Specify non-statutory reports and interfaces
• Ensure the completeness of the specifications for teams to provide an accurate feasibility on change requests

• Project language is English
• German and Spanish skills
• Knowledgeable on tools preferred (euHreka + hrX) If possible, on TPVs per country as well
• Technical (and optionally functional) understanding
