We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Workday Benefits Consultant to focus on Cloud Optimisation and join a talented and thriving team. This full-time Workday consulting role is remote in the UK and comes with a generous salary and benefits package.
As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will play a key role as part of an industry-premier team, helping to encourage results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within the company's professional services business group. Please note that the job location is primarily home-based or office-based (depending on the area), with travel to client sites (up to 25%).
To give you an idea of how this Workday Benefits Consultant job would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:
- Become a hands-on subject matter expert in Workday Benefits and Compensation, specialising and deepening your skill set within one or more functional areas
- Work closely with the client to understand their post-go-live requirements to design, build, configure and test the Workday solution, with support from the Lead Functional Consultant on your team
- Play an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues and collaborating to improve internal capability
- Build an excellent rapport with Cloud Optimisation clients, guiding and assisting them in getting the most from their Workday deployment
To apply for this Workday Benefits Consultant role, you will need excellent oral and written communication skills with full English fluency. You will also require advanced analytical and functional skills, evidenced by playing a role in projects or a support environment. In addition, you must have exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR systems post-go-live. Familiarity with the deployment of HR systems, ideally Workday or PeopleSoft, Oracle or similar applications, is also essential.
