Are you an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Consultant looking for a part-time, flexible engagement supporting a project already well into its build phase?

This opportunity is ideal for someone who can provide light initial input, then transition into a steady support role as the programme approaches key milestones.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing the existing Talent & Performance configuration and validating the initial build.
  • Providing targeted functional support for HCM/Talent features during early project stages (approx. 1–2 hours as needed).
  • Transitioning into full support mode closer to early December, assisting with testing, issue triage, and configuration refinement.
  • Advising on best-practice setup for goals, performance reviews, competencies, calibration, and related Talent processes.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams by answering questions, resolving defects, and ensuring alignment with project milestones.
  • Documenting fixes, configuration decisions, and providing user-facing clarity where needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Workday Pro Talent and Performance Services Certification (required).
  • Workday Implementer Certification (required).
  • Proven experience supporting Talent & Performance projects, particularly during testing and refinement stages.
  • Ability to quickly assess configuration, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently across distributed teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable shifting between low-touch and high-support project phases.

Project details:

  • Estimated hours: 80
  • Light early involvement (1–2 hours), with full support mode beginning around 3 December.
  • Certification transfer to the client is mandatory.
