Workday - Reporting

Are you an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant with deep expertise in HCM reporting, mergers, and organizational consolidation?

This is a great opportunity to support a major M&A initiative by assessing current-state reporting, identifying gaps, and defining the phase-1 reporting scope for two Workday environments merging into one.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing the current reporting landscape across two organizations operating separate Workday tenants.
• Gathering business requirements to determine reporting scope for phase 1 of the merger.
• Assessing existing reports, identifying gaps, and recommending a scalable future-state reporting framework.
• Defining reporting needs related to harmonized business processes in the combined organization.
• Providing expert guidance on reporting strategy, governance, and structure.
• Documenting findings and recommendations clearly for leadership and downstream implementers.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment across both organizations during integration.

What we’re looking for:

• Workday Pro HCM Reporting Services Certification (required).
• Workday Implementer Certification (required).
• Strong experience reviewing and rationalizing Workday reports across complex organizations.
• Proven background in Workday reporting during mergers or major organizational restructuring.
• Ability to assess current-state reporting, identify gaps, and define future-state reporting solutions.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple business units.

Project details:

• Estimated hours: 15
• Focus: Reporting assessment and phase-1 scoping for a Workday M&A integration
• Additional requirement: Certification transfer to the client is mandatory
