Workday - Project Manager

Are you an experienced Workday Project Manager looking to lead a major implementation programme with a flexible schedule?

We’re seeking a Workday Project Manager to support a Workday Launch deployment for an enterprise customer. This part-time role is suited to someone who brings strong Workday delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management, and proven success guiding teams from planning through go-live.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the Workday implementation across all phases from initiation to post-go-live support.
• Managing timelines, deliverables and risk mitigation for the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with Workday Launch methodology.
• Providing structured project updates, tracking progress and maintaining high-quality documentation.
• Facilitating workshops, resolving blockers and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
• Overseeing cutover planning, change management and readiness for the April 2026 go-live.

What we’re looking for:

• Workday Project Manager certification (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience delivering Workday Launch implementations.
• Proven ability to manage complex programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the wider team.
• Availability for part-time commitment (20 hours per week) starting as soon as possible.
