Workday - Prism Analytics

Are you an experienced Workday Prism Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in blending historical HCM data, building Prism pipelines, and delivering dashboards that provide meaningful organisational insight?

This role supports a targeted Prism Analytics initiative focused on People History, reporting, and security design.

What you’ll be doing:

• Blending up to 7 years of external People History data with Workday data using Workday-provided templates, loading into Prism using the Top-of-Stack Worker Activities model.
• Performing data mapping and transformation of simple complexity using the delivered People History Prism Data Model.
• Building a complete reporting suite including:
• 1 Dashboard
• 3 Reporting Tabs (Organisational Overview, Organisational Trends, Organisational Diversity)
• 10 custom reports aligned to business needs
• Configuring row-level security using native Prism security at the active organisation level (cost centre, company, supervisory).
• Supporting the customer in mapping legacy organisational values to active Workday organisations.
• Collaborating with Workday teams in cases where unmapped values require creation of a pre-conversion terminated organisation to support security.
• Ensuring all design, mapping, and reporting deliverables align with business requirements and Workday best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Workday Pro Prism Analytics Services Certification (required).
• Workday Implementer Certification (required).
• Hands-on experience building Prism data sources, blending legacy HCM data, and using Workday’s delivered People History Data Model.
• Strong technical skills in Prism transformations, mapping, and loading external files.
• Proven experience designing dashboards and multi-tab reporting structures in Workday.
• Strong understanding of row-level security and organisational security boundaries in Workday and Prism.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.

• Focus: Prism People History implementation, data blending, transformations, dashboards, reporting, security setup
• Additional requirement: Certification transfer to the client is mandatory
