Workday - Advanced Compensation

Are you an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant ready to step in during a critical phase and resolve complex testing issues with confidence?

This role requires a senior specialist who can rapidly assess defects, stabilise configurations, and guide the project through Unit Testing with accuracy and speed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading Advanced Compensation Unit Testing triage and resolution activities.
• Reviewing test scenarios, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective configuration.
• Supporting functional teams by analysing testing gaps and advising on best-practice solutions.
• Ensuring all compensation plans, eligibility rules, cycles, and reports function as intended.
• Partnering with stakeholders to validate fixes, retest scenarios, and confirm readiness for the next phase.
• Documenting configuration changes and maintaining high-quality testing evidence.
• Acting as the senior subject-matter expert for all Advanced Compensation issues.

What we’re looking for:

• Workday Pro Advanced Compensation Services Certification (required).
• Workday Implementer Certification (required).
• Strong experience leading Advanced Compensation workstreams during testing phases.
• Proven ability to quickly diagnose issues, correct configurations, and validate functionality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under tight timelines.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project details:

• Estimated hours: 98
• Certification transfer to the client is mandatory
