Workday - Advanced Compensation

Are you an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Specialist looking for a long-term, flexible consultancy assignment?

We are seeking a Workday-certified professional to support a phased Advanced Compensation project running through December 2026. This role begins with light weekly hours during the discovery phase and increases gradually as the project moves into configuration, testing, and deployment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting a structured Workday Advanced Compensation programme, beginning with Phase 0 activities.
• Reviewing business requirements and translating them into clear Workday configuration guidance.
• Advising on eligibility rules, compensation cycles, plans, and best-practice solution design.
• Collaborating with internal teams and Workday specialists across all phases of the project.
• Providing input into testing scenarios, documentation, and configuration records.
• Ensuring all work aligns with programme governance and certification requirements.
• Adjusting weekly availability as project needs evolve - beginning at approximately 2 hours per week and increasing to 4-6 hours per week from March through December 2026.

What we’re looking for:

• Workday Pro Advanced Compensation Services Certification (required).
• Workday Implementer Certification (required).
• Full transfer of certifications to the client (mandatory).
• Proven experience working on Workday Advanced Compensation implementations.
• Strong understanding of configuration, testing, documentation, and Workday security.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work independently within flexible weekly hours.
