Workday - Advanced Compensation

Are you an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Specialist looking for a long-term, flexible consultancy role?

We are seeking a certified Workday professional to support a phased Advanced Compensation implementation project. This position begins with light weekly hours during the initial discovery phase and increases to a higher weekly commitment as the project progresses through 2026.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting a multi-phase Workday Advanced Compensation programme beginning with Phase 0 requirements and preparation activities.
• Providing expert guidance on configuration, eligibility rules, plans, cycles, and best practices.
• Translating business needs into clear system requirements and solution recommendations.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Workday specialists throughout configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Ensuring all deliverables comply with programme governance, including certification requirements.
• Preparing documentation, configuration notes, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Adapting to changing weekly hours - approximately 2 hours per week during Phase 0, increasing to 4-6 hours per week from March through December 2026.

What we’re looking for:

• Workday Pro Advanced Compensation Services Certification (mandatory).
• Workday Implementer Certification (mandatory).
• Ability and willingness to transfer certifications to the client (mandatory requirement).
• Strong experience delivering or supporting Workday Advanced Compensation implementations.
• Solid understanding of Workday configuration, testing cycles, security, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently within flexible hours.
