Workday - Accounting & Finance

Are you an experienced Workday Data Modelling Consultant with a strong background in designing scalable, compliant, and efficient data structures within Workday?

This short-term engagement supports a focused data modelling initiative requiring certified expertise.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, validating, and optimising Workday data models aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Reviewing current data structures and identifying gaps, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
• Translating business needs into clear technical data mapping, schemas, and modelling documentation.
• Providing expert recommendations on future-state data architecture to support reporting, integrations, and downstream processes.
• Collaborating with Workday functional and technical teams to ensure configurations align with the proposed data model.
• Supporting data governance and quality efforts by defining standards and maintenance guidelines.

What we’re looking for:

• Fundamental Data Modelling Services Certification (required).
• Workday Implementer Certification (required).
• Proven experience designing Workday data models within complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures, dependencies, and reporting foundations.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Additional requirement: Certification transfer to the client is mandatory
