VFX Artist

As a VFX Artist, you will be responsible for creating various gameplay or environmental visual effects, managing both artistic and technical aspects of the VFX pipeline and supporting the artistic direction of the game. 

Your basic responsibilities will include the following: 

• Coordinating with design, art, tech and audio to create stunning VFX 
• Creating VFX systems for gameplay features and environment art/set dressing 
• Handling all aspects of VFX with an emphasis on quality and performance, and identifying the VFX needs for the project 
• Participating in performance follow-ups in collaboration with the Producer. 

To apply, you will need several years experience in a similar position within the games industry (AAA experience preferential) and must have created VFX for realistic-style games. The following are also required: 

• Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 and Niagara VFX System 
• Great portfolio showing VFX skills and demonstrating a high level of artistic creativity 
• Familiarity with the game development cycles good eye for colour and contrast, composition and visual balance.
