Unity Developer

We have an exciting opportunity for two dedicated and experienced Unity Developers to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time Developer role is remote in the UK and offers an attractive salary and benefits package. 

As a flexible Unity Developer, you will assist with developing new and existing features for the company's program. You will work with other team members to implement the vision for the application by creating robust code with the main codebase. You will also be expected to contribute ideas and identify areas for improvement.  

If you were already in this Unity Developer role, here are some areas you would have been working on this week: 

• Contributing to the design and architecture of the program 
• Creating and maintaining systems for the required functionality 

• Profiling and optimising code 
• Creating and iterating on functionality based on the design for the program 
• Working in different areas such as UI, input, audio and graphics 

To apply for this Unity Developer job, you will need excellent knowledge of Unity3D and C#. You will also require experience creating UI, audio and visuals from within an interactive application and an understanding of creating mobile applications and touch controls. In addition, you should have a minimum of 3 years of professional programming experience focused on interactive applications. You will also require the following: 

• Exceptional software architecture and maths skills 

• A solid understanding of coding methodologies 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Android and iOS development experience (ideal) 
• Server-client experience, such as AWS, node.js or MySQL (desirable)
