UKG - Data Conversion Consultant

Are you an experienced UKG Data Conversion Consultant looking for a long-term, fully remote engagement with a major enterprise client?

We’re seeking a UKG Data Conversion Consultant to provide staff augmentation support for a large-scale programme beginning in early 2026. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in UKG data migration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently within distributed teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting data conversion activities for a multi-phase UKG implementation.
• Extracting, transforming, and loading HR, payroll, time, and related datasets into UKG environments.
• Collaborating with technical and functional teams to validate data requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Building mapping documents, conversion rules, and data quality processes.
• Supporting testing cycles, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of data issues.
• Providing guidance on best practices for large-scale UKG data migrations.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG (Pro or Dimensions) data conversion or HR systems migration.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical, functional, and business teams.
• Excellent SQL, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting enterprise-level implementations.
• Ability to work fully remotely and manage workload across time zones.
• No Workday certifications required.
• Preference for candidates based in North America.
