Tools Programmer Role in the UK  -Permanent-

Our client is eager to hear from highly talented, motivated and experience professionals to join their team to work on the development on creatively rewarding, world-famous AAA titles.

In this role, you would work closely with the teams existing engineers and artist to design, implement and maintain the asset pipeline & tools technology across several platforms and projects, from the initial content creation through to the game engine. Optimizing automated systems  and working to maintain the tools already in operation will be the core of your work.


  • Solid C#/C++skillset
  • Strong .Net/C#, ASP.Net and WCF skills.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Math or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in the games industry
  • Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby etc.)

Nice to haves:

  • Experience creating tools for DCCs (3ds max,maya)
  • Experience developing User Interfaces with WPF, WinForms, Qt or similar.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tooling such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining automation systems.
  • Worked on a shipped title

Consultant Tom Matthews

Tom is our specialist Unity & C++ Consultant. He is a massive football fan and has followed 4 generations in supporting Fulham FC.
