Technology Recruitment Division Leader/Manager
For the past 30 years, we’ve been busy helping people with sought after skills find jobs in the Games, Interactive and Enterprise Systems industries, all around the globe.
We’re now recruiting for a brand new role – a Team Leader/Manager for our technology division who can drive that part of the business to the next level.
Currently, there is a team of 7 in Tech (not including the 20 that recruit in the games space) – 5 in Enterprise Tech and 2 working E-Commerce. As the team has some well established senior consultants, we would look for someone to be hands-on recruiting for a short-term initial period until we build team numbers up to 10 (ideally by the end of 2022). At that point, the role would be non-billing and focused on building the team out into various sub-divisions.
As mentioned, this is a new role that the CEO has previously filled but due to our plans to grow the whole company across the next 5 years, we need someone to step in to support that growth
