As a Technical Director at this studio in Oslo you will be looking after the programming teams on your mission to make sure the quality of technical deliveries are up to standard, as well as ensuring teams are working well together, mitigating risks and a whole lot more.

Technical Director responsibilities:
- Help the team reach their ambitious technical targets
- Build and own the technical roadmap for the project
- Identify and address roadblocks
- Support the professional development of programming leads
Key requirements for this role in Oslo:
- Extensive game development experience, a significant amount of which is in engineering and managerial roles
- Previous experience working on large-scale productions
- Strong leadership skills
- Hands on experience with the developing gameplay systems
- Understanding of major technical components of modern PC/console game development
- Strong C++ skills
- Experience working on multiplayer games
- Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA
