A new and exciting opportunity for a technical director has recently become available with one of the UK’s most prolific and beloved game developers.


  • Recruiting the top engineering talent.
  • Working with the executive producer to ensure the technology group is focusing on the right areas.
  • Building and carrying out a transparent roadmap in order to create and make use of the best-in-class process, proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Build, mentor and lead a team of skilled engineers.
  • Work in collaboration with other teams to specify features & development tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert-level knowledge of C#/C++.
  • Comfortable with a range of coding languages.
  • A deep understanding of algorithms, design patterns, debugging, as well as memory/performace optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with driving content updates, the technical architecture of a live-game and supporting low-overhead feature.
  • Experience with the technical architecture of a server-based game.
