As a Technical Designer, you will help build systems that enable and encourage creative play for users.
In your first few weeks in this Technical Designer role, you can expect to:
- Design a core system: Brainstorm with teammates, collect and make coherent the ideas, present to the rest of the team
- Take a promising "C+" quality prototype and work with the team to iterate it to an A or A+
- Explore other relevant products and distill learnings and ideas for the company to consider
- Constantly use the available software, understanding it and feeding back on highest value improvements.
To apply for this Technical Designer role, you will need a creative and curious mind and must have worked on early-stage concepts or experiments. You will also require:
- Experience working on products with shared communities and features heavily focused on user behaviour
- Game Design experience with either progression/engagement, UX and tools or World Creation.
