Are you a Technical Artist with an interest in games and an understanding of the creation of shaders within Unreal Engine 4? If so, Skillsearch has an excellent opportunity available for you. We are seeking a remote and flexible Technical Artist to work with a welcoming and collaborative team in Brighton. This is a full-time position, offering a favourable salary and benefits as a core pillar of the team.
You will help determine the final look and feel of the company's stunning environments as Technical Artist. The role is intended to be fixed term, but conversion to a permanent contract would be considered. You will be home-based with a hotdesk available in the Brighton studio as required.
Your primary day-to-day duties as Technical Artist will consist of:
The successful Technical Artist applicant will have at least 2 years of production experience working within the games industry (preferably AAA). You will need a proven track record in at least two shipped titles and experience in production-level shader work and optimisation within Unreal Engine 4.
