Skillsearch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Animator to join an inclusive and welcoming team in Amsterdam. The full-time role comes with a favourable salary and benefits package, including an allowance to cover mandatory health insurance.
As a Technical Animator, you will be responsible for building, refining and optimising art and animation processes for a new project.
In your first few weeks in this Technical Animator role, you can expect to:
- Work cross-departmentally to establish, refine and optimise art, animation pipelines and procedures
- Assist with asset creation
- Oversee the animation export and implementation pipeline
- Problem-solve and adapt processes on the fly.
To apply for this Technical Animator role, you will need several years of experience working in the games industry in a similar position, ideally in a AAA environment. You will also require the following:
- Knowledge of C++
- Expert knowledge of Motionbuilder, Maya or similar
- Brilliant understanding of Unreal Engine
- Experience managing, updating, and refining animation pipeline tools.
