As a Tech Artist here at Playmint, you will be working in the heart of sunny Brighton, nestled in the North Laine area, with the opportunity to take a hybrid approach and work from home 3 times a week. Within the role you will be focusing on optimisation and visual excellence to ensure this exciting new title is brought to life in the best possible way.
This expert team is on a mission to bring ground-breaking blockchain games to market using technical solutions and gameplay mechanics never seen before. As a part of the team you will get to enjoy hybrid working opportunities, flexible working, shares options and plenty more!
Tech Artist key responsibilities:
- Develop and support optimal VFX creation
- Work on pipeline development for in-engine and offline rendering
- Support development of efficient and optimal pipelines and workflows for the art team
- Build optimal shaders for use within the game
Key requirements for this role in Brighton:
- Experience with Unity and Houdini
- Experience with one or more scripting language
- History of working on shipped mobile or console games
- Team player and self-motivated
