Skillsearch is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to join our client's growing and inclusive team. This full-time talent sourcing role is for a 12-month contract starting in January 2023, is remote in Europe and offers an excellent rate. 

As a committed Talent Sourcer, you will identify and source excellent candidates through direct engagement.  

In your first few weeks in this Talent Sourcer role, you can expect to: 

  • Create custom outreaches that are meaningful to candidates 
  • Ensure that candidates' experiences are excellent throughout the process 
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with the needs of their teams 
  • Document and track candidates 

To apply for this talent sourcing job, you must have in-house or agency sourcing experience and be an excellent communicator who is personable, enthusiastic and able to communicate the benefits of joining the team. You must also be organised and self-motivated with sourcing experience in the creative or technology industries. In addition, you should have familiarity with using a diverse range of video call systems, including Google Meet, Zoom and MS Teams. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruitment tools is also essential.
