In this Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you will define and apply the recruitment policy, identify and attract talent to recruit them and finally, support integration. You will also search for new talents in France and abroad via professional and social networks (direct approach on LinkedIn and sourcing on job boards).
In your first few weeks in this Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Recruit independently
- Collect needs, formalise and publish attractive job offers that respect diversity, disseminate information, process applications, organise the interview process, conduct telephone and physical interviews
- Be the relay of recruitment firms (including some international ones)
- Monitor all recruitment trends and best practices

- Sourcing know-how
- Knowledge of recruitment methodologies on profiles in tension and senior profiles
