Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for a new challenge?

This is a remote, full-time role where you'll take full ownership of the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with line managers to create clear and compelling job descriptions
• Maintaining and updating the Recruitment Information System
• Screening CVs, inviting, and interviewing candidates
• Offering advice and guidance on recruitment best practices, market conditions, and candidate management, acting as a subject matter expert to support hiring managers
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners like staffing agencies and job sites
• Developing and nurturing a pool of qualified candidates for future openings
• Coordinating and participating in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other events

Must-have skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch/Flemish and English
• 2 to 5 years of in-house recruitment experience, preferably with high-volume recruitment
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organisational skills
• University degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, etc.)
• Any additional European language is a bonus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
