Skillsearch is seeking a talented and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's inclusive and thriving team. This full-time Talent Acquisition remote role is remote in the UK and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.
Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, the primary function of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to deliver best practice, inclusive, full 360 talent acquisition for designated departments. You will have a dedicated crew coordinator or Supervisor, and you will both work with the Head of Department to proactively support resourcing and hiring needs for the departments.
In your first few weeks in this Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Find and identify the best talent for all open roles by utilising industry-specific job boards, LinkedIn and industry/market knowledge
- Assess the creative ability, technical compliance and employment history of all candidates to ensure their suitability for level, role and departmental culture
- Build relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as hiring managers for all designated Departments
To apply for this Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you will need relevant experience in full lifecycle recruiting for designated Departments and Executive level hires, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and supporting in the onboarding of candidates. You will also require the following:
- Recruiter and industry/market knowledge
- Ability to assess both the creative ability, technical compliance and employment history of all candidates to ensure their suitability for level, role and studio/Departmental culture
