Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will independently run all parts of the recruitment process. You will work independently to drive internal recruitment and you will have close collaboration with the HR manager. 

In your first few weeks in this Talent Acquisition Partner role, you can expect to: 

• Run several parallel recruitment processes, from start to finish 
• Work with search and outreach activities to find the right skills 
• Be a driving force in the Employer Branding work and work with profiling the company's vacancies 
• Support HR processes, for example during the onboarding of new employees. 

To be the right person for the role, you need to have completed post-secondary education in a relevant field. You will also need: 

• Experience in a similar role where you have worked independently with recruitment and achieved good results 
• Previous experience working with recruitment in the tech industry 
• The ability to create your own effective processes 
• Good knowledge of English, as this as the language used in the company's daily work.
