Skillsearch has an exciting opportunity for a talented and collaborative Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join an inclusive and welcoming games studio team on a remote basis. This full-time role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.  

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the primary function of the Talent Coordinator is to support the studio’s recruitment needs by actively seeking and recruiting freelance artists. This role will work across all departments in the studio supporting recruitment requirements on all projects.  

In your first few weeks in this Talent Acquisition Coordinator role, you can expect to: 

  • Provide full lifecycle recruitment coordination and admin for designated departments, including sourcing, interview notes, and supporting in the onboarding of candidates 
  • Source freelance artists via LinkedIn, Art Station and other industry-specific job boards 
  • Negotiate rates and issuing contracts for artists 
  • Focus on increasing the freelance talent pool in all departments.
