Do you have HR experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Cambridge? Skillsearch is helping an independent game developer find a Talent Acquisition Advisor, and the role is a 1 year fixed-term contract. 

In this Talent Acquisition Advisor role, you will help support and deliver the continued growth of the company. 

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: 

  • Work in partnership with a range of business disciplines across the company to deliver successful recruitment campaigns from requisition to offer 
  • Use employee referrals, advertising, talent pipelines, social media, other direct sourcing methods and recruitment agencies to fill vacancies in a timely and cost-effective manner 
  • Take detailed briefs from hiring managers on new vacancies and provide clear briefs to recruitment agencies where appropriate 

To apply, you will need experience from a previous in-house or agency recruitment role, with experience managing vacancies across multiple disciplines. You will also require: 

  • Knowledge and experience of using a broad range of channels to source talented people 
  • First-rate candidate and customer service skills 
  • Resilience to work in a busy environment 
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities.
