As a Systems Designer at this studio, you will have the chance to work fully remotely on the development of a brand-new AAA VR title. Within the role you will be designing captivating game mechanics, taking a hands-on approach to conceptualising and prototyping systems to create an incredible gameplay experience 

Please note this role is remote within the UK only.

Systems Designer responsibilities: 

• Concept and prototype systems 
• Design and steer system prototypes 
• Implement prototypes with UE4, GMS2 and other tools 
• Contribute to design documents that underpin the project 
• Tune, balance and refine systems 
• Analyse VR mechanics and build expertise to define the standard 
• Seek, receive and act upon feedback 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

• Deep knowledge and understanding of game design systems 
• Experience using UE4 to express game systems 
• Highly skilled in modelling, balancing and tracking systems 
• Enthusiastic about VR 
• Understanding of the game development process 
• Willing to learn and teach
