Studio Head

Our client is looking for an experienced Studio Head to manage and grow a passionate and highly creative games development studio based across Europe and Singapore. This full-time Studio Head remote role is remote from the UK and offers an attractive salary and benefits package. 

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: 

• Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management and administration of the company to ensure the smooth running of the studio 

• Work with department heads to set key policies, processes and guidelines 
• Ensure they are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times 
• Define the strategy and goals of the firm and its products 
• Report to the board of directors about company performance and direction, providing them with strategic advice 

To apply for this role, you will need to be a strategist and a leader able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long-term goals. You'll also require: 

• The ablity to manage studios across the UK and Singapore time zones 
• To be able to demonstrate subject matter expertise related to global and domestic gaming markets, trends and jurisdictional needs and requirements 
• Proven experience as Managing Director, Studio Head or other Executive Managerial position within the games industry 
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategic and business plans
