Specialist – Oracle DWH, ODI and OBIEE

A top-tier international development agency is looking for an Oracle DWH, ODI, and OBIEE Specialist to join their team in Rome. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual with a passion for development and system integration to play a key role in enhancing data processes and capabilities across a global network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Ensure seamless and secure integration of various systems into the existing data warehouse.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards, particularly for the Risk Management Office.
• Implement and oversee data governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Document all development, support, and changes within the IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in Oracle Database, ODI, and OBIEE.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and star schema modelling.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and familiarity with PeopleSoft tables and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with middleware tools such as Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle Golden Gate.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of Oracle BI Server and experience in creating and managing BI solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud/Server and BI Publisher.
