As a Sound Designer at this studio in Guildford, you will strive to deliver audio engagement in games, working to understand how details in sound design can enhance the player experience. If you have a background in audio design and game development, then you could be the perfect fit for this position.

Sound Designer responsibilities:
- Own and deliver audio experiences to a high quality
- Create and integrate immersive sound design
- Work to understand and implement audio direction for the game
Essential requirements for this role in Guildford:
- Significant prior experience in sound design (ideally AAA)
- Experience implementing sound into games using game development tools
- Skilled in Audiokinetic’s Wwise
- Knowledge of DAWs and sample editors
- Experience with SFX and Ambient Sound Design
- Recording skills for SFX and Foley

Located in a beautiful spot in between London and England’s south coast, Guildford is a busy market town that has been recently updated to be home to some great modern facilities such as an award-winning sport centre, including an ice rink and athletics stadium. However, there is still some culture to be explored in this city, with its historic buildings, beautiful parks and a theatre. Sitting on top of a central hill, Guildford Cathedral looks over the city whilst being surrounded by beautiful, picturesque scenery, making for some great exploring. Situated just outside of London, Guildford is a short 35-minute journey into the capital by train, so is ideally positioned so you are not too far away from a day trip to the big city!
