As an attentive ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will provide subject matter and technical expertise to support customers' implementations of products developed on the platform. This hands-on role guides technical implementations to ensure customers are successfully implemented and value established. With deep technical knowledge, you'll be a key custodian in aligning the ServiceNow capabilities to the ever-changing business landscape.
To give you an idea of how this ServiceNow Technical Architect role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance factoring pre-and post-ServiceNow implementation
- Deliver ServiceNow implementation and maintenance projects supporting and improving capabilities for ServiceNow
- Configure and improve core and custom applications, inclusive of upgrade management
- Measure and report on applications and alignment to critical success factors
- Direct system validation and UAT efforts with the client
To apply for this ServiceNow Architect role, you will need 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow capabilities, such as ITSM, FSM, HRSD, CSM, UX, EAM, SPM and IRM. You will also require experience designing solutions based on ServiceNow and 3-5 years of expertise in Orchestration, Integrations or Service Portals (UX Design). In addition, you should have 2-4 years of experience in a technical supporting role in transformational or modernisation. The ability to translate user requirements into ServiceNow Functional Blueprints and descriptions before passing them on to the development team is also essential.
